The Early Childhood Council of La Plata County is in search of two dedicated individuals to service on the Board of Directors. If you have a passion for supporting the young children, parents and early childhood teachers in La Plata County, and would like to help our partners improve the health, wellbeing and education outcomes of for the youngest children in our community, this is the volunteer position for you. The Board of the Early Childhood Council is responsible for the financial and strategic oversight of our 28 year old non-profit organization. We are looking for at least one individual from the Bayfield or Ignacio communities to bring a broad representation to this governing group.
