Who We Are
We are a nationwide program called The Senior Community Service Employment Program. We have been in existence 51 years. The Durango office serves La Plata, Montezuma, Archuleta, Saguache, Conejos, and Rio Grande Counties.
What We Do
We are a federally funded job skills training program for low income, unemployed seniors age 55+. We place them with non-profit businesses to update skills and they are paid by funding from the US Department of Labor.
