Who We Are
La Plata Youth Services supports and advocates for youth facing challenges in school, home, or court. Our ultimate vision is that all youth in La Plata County are empowered and have the support and resources they need to strengthen their well-being and engage positively in their community. .
What We Do
La Plata Youth Services collaborates with law enforcement agencies, schools, mental and behavioral health practitioners, and community service providers to support individual intervention services. Our organization provides juvenile diversion services, truancy and drop-out prevention programs, and educational and therapeutic support groups.
